Things definitely have not gone as planned. Construction delays and contractor issues made this project much more difficult than anticipated. After fighting through the challenges and adversity, we are finally up and running. Unit 1 is still in the process of being furnished, but Unit 2 is ready to rent! It has a living room/ kitchen area, bedroom, and large bathroom with laundry and walk in closet. It sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed and pull out couch. It is perfect for a business traveler or weekend stay. We listed it on Airbnb in December and have already had a few stays with several reservations going in to the spring. I am very excited with the finished product. It may have taken 7 months longer than it should have, but it turned out exactly how I envisioned it.
