January has been a frustrating month. We have had multiple hiccups involving weather delays, permits, holidays, and anything else that could come up : )
But, I am happy to say, "WE ARE BACK ON TRACK!!" Permits are approved, holidays are over, I think the weather is getting better (fingers crossed) and it is full speed ahead.
Despite the hiccups, Matt still managed to get as much done as possible. We now have a new subfloor in the area that is going to be split between the kitchen and the bathroom. Frankly, it looks gorgeous to me. Primarily because the huge hump in the floor is now gone and secondarily because it is progress that is easy to see : )
Hopefully mechanical items will be getting worked on next week and we can start putting this lovely home back together!
